Hi there, I’m Tanya Pennington-Miller, a Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Metabolic Health Educator with over two decades of experience in the health and nutrition field. I also hold a master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition.
I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to do everything “right” and still feel like your body isn’t responding. Years ago, despite eating well, staying disciplined, and coaching other women to great results, my own body began changing in ways I couldn’t explain.
