Hi there, I’m Tanya Pennington-Miller, a Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Metabolic Health Educator with over two decades of experience in the health and nutrition field. I also hold a master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition.

Shay supports the mental and emotional side of the journey, helping women examine how beliefs around effort, rest, and obedience, can either support or quietly interfere with the body's ability to respond.
Her role complements the clinical and strategic work we do inside the Academy, so you’re supported not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually throughout the process. Having gone through the Academy herself, she brings both professional guidance and personal understanding to the space she holds.
